Pastor Claude Alley email

Pastor Claude grew up in California and graduated from San Jose State University with a Business Degree and then became a CPA.  He started working in Silicon Valley with an accounting firm and later transferred to their office in New York City. While working for a multinational company on the east coast for almost a decade, he felt the call to ministry. He earned a Master of Divinity Degree from Alliance Theological Seminary in Nyack, New York. Pastor Claude has served churches in New Jersey, Montana, Wyoming and now Oregon.  Along the way, he has also been employed as a case worker for a counseling agency, directed a homeless shelter and helped oversee a residential substance abuse treatment facility.  He and his wife Becky have been married since 1982 and have two beautiful daughters. Claude enjoys running and reading - not necessarily simultaneously. His favorite verse is Jeremiah 29:11.

Linda Woods email

Linda has attended C.P. since she was 3 weeks old, with a few years off when she was first married and then when she and her husband, Eldon, moved to Albany. Since the 1990s she has held various positions: janitor, After-school program staff,  and office manager /Administrative Assistant. She and Eldon have been involved as Sunday School teachers, worked with mid-week kids ministries, Youth Group, VBS and most recently the Food Pantry. Eldon and Linda have two grown children, four grown grandchildren, and are enjoying two great-granddaughters. Camping, reading and crafting are some of Linda’s most favorite things to do.

Amanda has attended Capital Park Church since the 1980s. Through those years she has enjoyed VBS, Sunday School and Youth Group. The last several years she has had the privilege of filling the janitorial shoes at C.P. Amanda is also involved with our Food Pantry ministry. She and Jeremy were married last summer in Capital Park’s sanctuary. They both enjoy camping and music.
